the place was tidy and had a cozy atmosphere. honest staff were eager to help with special requests. fabulous view of garden. breakfast included fruit, boiled eggs, bacon, cereal and cakes and was particularly good.

It's understated hotel, even so the breakfast here is large and staff are exceptionally nice. Comfortable location in the pleasent area, with a train station close to the venue. The beach is beautiful and the views are marvellous. Attractive lobby.
